Fallen Droplets

Caladium are some of my favorite plants in the world. In North Carolina we can only grow them as annuals, but I’ve planted them in my garden here in Florida and I’m hoping that they will survive the winter. I didn’t realize until the storm we had after planting that they are directly under the eaves, and thus bear the brunt of all the water overflow from the roof. We’ve had two days of storms, though, and they actually seem to be thriving!
